Host was wonderful. Quick communication. The car ran good, the interior was in great condition. Only reason I’m knocking off one star is because of the smoke smell in the car that kind of stuck around my entire trip and also the license plate was taped on so I had to worry about it falling off on my commute home. Other than that, good car and great host.
Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words. We sincerely apologize about the odor. Unfortunately, during our busy season, some guests violate our strict no-smoking policy. Every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and treated with ozone after each trip, but in rare cases a faint smell can remain. The license plate was securely taped as a temporary solution until the replacement hardware arrived. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again.

Great experience from start to finish. This vehicle was exactly what we needed in an emergency after another reservation was canceled on us while we were on the way. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy and very clearly explained, which made everything much less stressful. The car itself was great, drove well, and made it easy for us to do everything we needed during the trip. The owner was also very understanding of our situation and went out of their way to help with accommodations, which we really appreciated. Super grateful for the experience and would absolutely rent again. Highly recommend.
