Great experience from start to finish. This vehicle was exactly what we needed in an emergency after another reservation was canceled on us while we were on the way. Pickup and drop-off were incredibly easy and very clearly explained, which made everything much less stressful. The car itself was great, drove well, and made it easy for us to do everything we needed during the trip. The owner was also very understanding of our situation and went out of their way to help with accommodations, which we really appreciated. Super grateful for the experience and would absolutely rent again. Highly recommend.

Everything was great except one of the wheels was quite unbalanced. It made it uncomfortable to drive above about 63 mph. Otherwise no complaints

The tires were really bad with handling but didn't have time to get a different car.

Safety is very important to us, and we would never provide a car with unsafe tires. We also responded quickly during your trip and provided early access when requested.
