Definitely renting a car again

The car was unfortunately unreliable and caused a lot of stress during an important trip. We had to refill the coolant multiple times because of an ongoing leak. I also had to buy my own coolant out of my own pocket since it had to be refilled every day. I contacted both the host and Turo support while the trip was still ongoing to report the issue.
The host’s proposed solution was for me to drive about 3 hours back to exchange the car, despite knowing that I was traveling for my wedding and was already far from the pickup location. That simply was not a realistic option under the circumstances.
The mechanical issues also caused additional delays on the day we returned the vehicle which I was then charged for. I understand that problems can happen with older cars, but a rental should still be safe and dependable. Between the repeated coolant issue, the time spent dealing with it, and the lack of a practical resolution, this was a very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, we asked to take the vehicle back immediately after the issue was reported, but you chose to keep the vehicle. We allowed you to continue the trip to avoid disrupting your wedding plans, while accepting the risk to our own vehicle. Mechanical issues can unfortunately occur unexpectedly with any car. We also offered the option to cancel the trip, which you declined. We made every effort to provide solutions once the issue was reported.
Host communicated well and made pickup easy. Car was clean and in good condition.

We had great experience with Kupeli and this newly listed Audi Q5. From the first correspondence to the very last, a half hour after our trip was to end, the communication was thorough and pleasant. The Audi was very clean, and a pleasure to drive. We would not hesitate to use any of Kupeli's vehicles on our next visit to Boston!
