Jeni was AMAZING!
If we could give 1000 stars we would! In all of our years of using Turo, and being a Turo host ourselves. We have NEVER gotten such amazing service from a host!
First, the car was is perfect condition! Not a hair or dirty mark inside the car!
We also rented a car seat for our infant and it was even in perfect condition and clean! It felt like she bought it just for us to use!
There were even chilled waters in the car for us to drink, and a charger for any phone we had! Just going that extra mile!
Next, the customer service was too tier. She met us at the airport for our pick up of the car just to make sure we were happy with everything and we didn’t have any problems with our departure into Reno!
And then we had a drop off time of 730 so she picked up the car as well making sure everything worked and there were no issues with the vehicle for us while in our possession!
She is a 100 star host, and when we come back to Reno I will be looking for Jeni to book with again!
