Really fun car to drive (it’s surprisingly faster than I was expecting) and the host was super super easy to work with.

Vehicle pickup was easy, no issues with the car at all. There's a few dings but just need to document well in the inspection. Also note there is a front and rear dashcam, not a concern but should be aware for booking.

Exterior of vehicle was damaged. I wasn't informed of the damage until the day of the trip at the airport. When I booked I asked the host if the vehicle was located at the airport. The host said yes, but then I was asked by the host to modify the location of pick up charging me a $33.99 trip change fee. The airport charges this fee but its not disclosed by the host or TURO. Locating the vehicle in the Parking lot was VERY difficult. The hatch cover and lock box was very diffcult to take off and open. All the picture taking, emails and updating in the app is TEDIOUS to say the least. Not worth it at ALL. The fees TURO tacks on are REDICULOUS. I wont be using or recommend TURO again. .

We’d like to qualify that your reservation was originally booked to pick up at main location. Airport pickup requires a trip modification through turo app for insurance purposes. The $33.90 fee is charged by Turo. We try to offer to cancel and rebooked another car to avoid the fee that you change last minute. We doing our best to serve you as we could
