The car had 4 completely bald tires that were past the wear indicators. Not surprising that we got a flat tire because of that. We had to buy a tire patch kit and kept stopping at gas stations to add more air. Managed to get through the weekend but it was painful.
To Ivette's credit, she did not invoice for Supercharging fees.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify a few details for accuracy. The photo provided at the time showed that the tire had been punctured by a nail, which was the cause of the air loss. The tire was patched specifically due to the nail puncture not because of the tread condition. Once we were informed of the issue, we offered to exchange the Tesla for another vehicle so you would not be inconvenienced. That option was declined, and you chose to continue using the vehicle.
