After getting acclimated I enjoyed the car very much. I felt an adversarial relationship with Yan from the first day when I had trouble finding the car. Some of their responses boarded on rude. And the costs charged at the end of the trip were not explained up front.

I’d like to clarify the circumstances regarding the post-trip charging fee. The vehicle was provided with 79% battery and returned with 68% battery. The fee was submitted in accordance with Turo’s policy and was ultimately processed automatically by Turo.
