Car was wonderful for the needs. Pick up and drop off location convenient. Host unable to accommodate an error in the travel timing. Host response time was slow in instances. Host did work with Turo after a different host cancelled their car 2 days prior to my travel. Great part of the country to drive a Subaru in the mountains.
The travel timing was a guest error communicated last minute. The guest booked pickup & drop off to the airport and he arrived to the airport three hours before the booked time. There was a trip back to back and the car was returned late by the previous guest. The vehicle was delivered to the airport an hour before the time booked by the guest. All of this was communicated to the guest in a timely manner.
