We had an awesome trip with Derick’s Jeep! The Jeep was very clean, ran great, and was easy to find when we arrived. We also really appreciated the option to add a cooler, which was a great convenience for our trip.
We did have a minor issue during the trip, but Derick absolutely went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of and back on the road. He was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely made us feel taken care of throughout the situation. His customer service really stood out and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely rent from Derick again. Highly recommend!
