Car was clean and in good condition
Parking at airport a bit confusing

I’m sorry you found the pickup and drop-off location confusing. Unfortunately, this is the only area at the airport where Turo vehicles are allowed, so it’s not something I have control over. I also provided detailed directions for both pickup and drop-off, but they appear not to have been read. I always do my best to make the process as easy as possible for my guests.
Great communication! Great clean car! Had a great experience for our 1st Turo.
