Straight to the peer-to-peer long-term lot at Reno International, directly across from the Southwest check-in counters. No circling the airport like a lost probe droid. Just pick up your bags at baggage claim, find the Bronco, and go.
The Bronco Sport itself was in great shape. Clean interior, no mystery smells, and it handled the Reno-to-Tahoe run without complaint. For a family reunion haul with gear, bodies, and whatever snacks my crew insists on bringing, having something solid and comfortable made a real difference. The Bronco felt like a vehicle that was actually cared for, not just listed and forgotten.
Bob communicated well throughout...responsive, straightforward, and zero drama on either end of the rental. That kind of host energy goes a long way when you are already juggling travel logistics with family in tow.
If you are flying into Reno and need reliable wheels for a Tahoe trip or anything in between, Bob's Bronco Sport is worth your time. Five stars, no hesitation, would absolutely rent again.
