We did not cancel this trip. Unfortunately, the vehicle came back from the previous trip with some unexpected issues and could not be rented out. We immediately offered the guest a replacement vehicle, but they chose not to accept it. We always do our best to accommodate our guests and provide a safe and reliable vehicle.
