What a great trip. Jeni and Roger were more than accommodating. Any time o sent a message I would get a reply in less than 5 minutes every time. The pick up was so easy with great instructions, and the drop off was the same. They even had a wheelchair waiting at the drop off for my grandma which was so caring and much appreciated. The car was in fantastic condition and a great vehicle as well. Any time I’m back in Reno/Tahoe I will reach out to them no doubt! Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful experience.

The perfect car for a family of 6 with 6 suitcases as we travelled from Reno to spend a few days around Lake Tahoe. The car is in great condition and Jeni was a super host with great communication. We would definitely book again if we come through Reno in the future.
