The car was great, very comfortable, lots of room. Pick up was a breeze; Jeni was waiting for us at the exact spot she described and filled us in on a few of the must know/good to know items on the vehicle. Excellent experience all around and, definitely if we are ever in the Lake Tahoe/Reno area again we will look Jeni up. Thanks Jeni…..
