Mixed emotions about this. We (family of three, with a 5 month old) got the vehicle and as soon as we turn it on the volume was at full blast scaring our child. The next issue happened when we left the parking spot. A loud creaking sound coming from the upper control arm of the driver side wheel. Before we left the airport I took a video to let Omar the host know.
Now Omar was absolutely fantastic. Completely understanding of everything going on and really did try to work with us. He did agree to comp charges for the duration of the rental which was nice! He constantly checked in and even sent someone to try and briefly fix the bad upper control arm.
Over all like I said, mix emotions about the rental. The car needs maintenance but the service from the group really made up for it. Not mad about anything just a little disappointed.
