Car is fine. Owner is the worst.
Car locked in Chill Mode without warning. First claims it's their policy, next proposes to pay $2500 to turn it off. When I turn it off myself falsely accuses me of overspeeding.
FSD is for the whole trip - doesn't pay when it expires and demands more money.
Lies to Turo about overspeeding again and car safety. Tried to convince me to cancel mid trip, eventually requested to cancel by Turo since car is unsafe. Tried to claim double payment for tolls.
Every time I had to call to service center, show evidence of host lies and they reverted.
Eventually Turo paid for a substitute car, because they agreed that the host is horrible and breaks rules and the law.
Just an intentional disaster. Oh, also, tried to get my phone contacting me in LinkedIn.
