One word: Embarrassing.
The interior smelled like a dispensary.
The front end produced a symphony of squeaks and rattles so loud and proud that pedestrians stopped to stare.
Came with a key card that was annoying to use. Wish it had the standard key.
On a positive note, the car was there on time with 80% charge, and booster seats as ordered. The communication was excellent.
Sadly though this vehicle is in need of some maintenance.

The car has some issues and it didn’t delivery on time. It would be great if they could noticed earlier than delivery time. but they made a best effort like take us to a hotel first.
