The jeep was great , rented it for a month and was definitely a great car to have. Didn’t know it was diesel so fyi if you didn’t know. Would definitely rent it again.

The pick up was relatively easy but the drop off location is extremely crowded with no instructions for the key return. The vehicle drives pretty rough. The steering wheel is extremely loose, driving anywhere near 50/60 and the car shakes and feels unsafe. The wheels also pull to the side while driving… needs an alignment. On a good note The vehicle was very clean and taken care of.
Sorry for the experience you had with the car but the car just recently got checked and it’s in perfect condition. It just got new tires, new rims, and an alignment. I texted you instructions but you never read them.
