Super easy to use, and incredible communication from Ryan. Any question was answered right away. Everything went smooth and I will for sure get this vehicle again when we return!

Wonderful, easy. Ryan was extremely helpful dealing with the overall drive, information share. Fast responses even with minor questions that arose. Would rent again!

Everything was great, except ran into some last minute issues charging. Was not Ryan’s fault and he was extremely helpful and responsive. But if you’re not used to all electrics, it is a huge learning curve.

I’m disappointed to receive four stars after going above and beyond to explain the charging process and the vehicle’s features. There can be a slight learning curve with an EV, but the instructions were clear and the process is fairly intuitive. This rating is meant to reflect the host and the overall trip experience, not frustration with Turo or difficulty following basic directions. After nearly 100 trips with this Rivian, this is my first review below five stars.
