Amazing first Tesla experience!

Henry was a fantastic host. He was always available to answer questions I had. The pickup was the easiest I’ve ever had. The Redding airport makes that especially easy.
The car itself left a lot to be desired. It does not have cruise control, lane assist, any sort of driver assistance features you’d hope to have in a modern car/Tesla. He did warn me of this before the rental.
We were doing quite a bit of driving. The range on this particular Tesla was very bad. We could maybe get 2 miles per percent of battery. It was not a very efficient vehicle.
I would definitely rent from Henry again, he was a fantastic host. I would definitely NOT rent this particular vehicle again.

Driver-assist features were disclosed before booking, with the option to cancel or switch cars. Battery health was last tested at 90%; highway speed and conditions can bring efficiency below what people expect from a Model Y, which may explain the range you saw.
