The host was not there when I went to pick it up and she was not there when I went to leave it off told me to park it in the same parking place I got it in and put the key behind the seat well the parking place I got it from was full somebody was already parking there and was she was no help I called her 30 minutes or an hour before I was to drop the car off telling her that I had to pick up the other rental car I was getting and that I would be like 30 minutes late and she said that that was okay so I don't know why I'm being charged for it
