Owner of the car claims I somehow took out a tracking device from the car. I had no idea that there was even a device in the car tracking me. He has filed a damage report on me when there is absolutely no damage to the car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PERSON. TERRIBLE HOST AND LIAR
I had a disappointing experience with this guest. Despite multiple warnings from Turo, they repeatedly removed the vehicle’s security tracker. As is standard for commercial insurance and safety, my cars are equipped with a GPS tracker. Transparency is essential for a successful Turo experience, and this guest did not follow security guidelines. I’ve hosted many trips and maintain high standards. I value smooth, professional rentals and encourage you to read my other reviews for a better picture.
