I’m giving this rental 3 stars. This was my first time renting from this host, and overall the Chevy Traverse was a decent ride, but there were several maintenance issues that need attention.
When I received the vehicle, it was only about half a tank of gas, and the registration tags appeared to be expired since 6/26. The windshield wipers also need to be replaced. When using the wipers, they made a noticeable clanking noise while operating.
While driving, I also noticed the vehicle would shake at times and occasionally pull to the right, which makes me think it may need an alignment or further inspection.
Overall, the vehicle was usable, but I believe it would benefit from a thorough inspection and some general maintenance before being rented out again.
