Fantastic car, fantastic, communitive host

The quality of the car was great. Super clean. We had never driven an electric vehicle, so it was going to add to our adventure. Sarah was running late, for drop off, but it was completely fine. She was great in keeping us abreast of the situation and it totally allowed my husband to ask her about the vehicle. She was very nice and took a couple minutes to explain it to him. The drop off was also very easy. She did mention that there was an attachment for the Tesla charging station, but there was not one in the vehicle. I did try to connect with her, but to no avail. In the end we didn't need it, as we found the Electrify America station in Rapid City that was perfect for us. However, in the beginning she did mention to not hesitate to reach out if there was anything we needed. Overall the experience was wonderful and I would totally rent from her again.
