The price was high and didn't offer much for it. The location of pick up (address) was not on the map for lyft nor Uber. It was a dirt road to a location. So it was extremely difficult to get an Uber ride there (which was already costly from the airport) and very difficult for a lyft to get picked up. (They got lost and I was stuck in the dark with coyotes and deer). I also turned in the car 24 hours early because I needed to shorten my trip and I was denied reimbursement by the owner with the excuse of "turo would remove too much earnings." The host was more pro-money-making than thinking of the customer.

Jeannine, I feel this review is unfair. I don’t control Uber/Lyft pricing or mapping, but I’ll contact them about the map issue. Airport delivery was available but not chosen. The “dirt road” is simply the private road to my home. Wildlife is rare; I mentioned it due to your 10PM return and told you to wait in the car, which you did. Your plans changed, and I couldn’t absorb the loss from shortening the trip. Turo adds guest fees on top of our rate, so your total cost isn’t what hosts receive.
