Great car and best people

This trip was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I drove 30 minutes to pick up the rental car, only to find numerous unadvertised scratches on the front of the vehicle. The interior was also not clean, which was extremely disappointing.
This situation wasted my entire morning. Due to the amount of time spent discussing the undisclosed damage and cleanliness issues with the owner, I missed the official pickup time. As a result, the platform counted the trip as if I had already taken the car, despite never having accepted it.

All was great with the car ! Art is a great host and very responsive.. my first time renting a Tesla and Art gave me a quick course on the basics and it was a great experience.
