Easy pick up and drop off good communication

The navigation system doesn’t work and the car is too old to connect with any iPhone or android and there is no phone holder in the car which is definitely a liability when you would be renting a car and using it in an area that you don’t know so you have to use navigation and hold your phone
You were welcome to purchase your own phone holder if that was a concern for you. Or you could have rented a car with apple car play or android auto, as that is a specific search feature through turo's filters. Next time you are welcome to ask these questions before your rental date, instead of leaving a bad review for concerns you never voiced to us previously. Have a nice day!
