Communication with them was excellent. A few things about the car which after two months drove me nuts. 1. The gps works half the time or less. Plugging your wire to the car doesn’t guarantee it works. This is a Honda issue.
2. There was no windshield wiper fluid
3. Gas wasn’t full. I returned it trying to do the same amount but that’s nearly impossible sometimes
Would rent with them again but another car cuz Honda sucks with their gps
Also I returned a day early and Turo doesn’t have an option to end early without changing the reservation which not their problem obviously just a Turo issue
