Initial day was a huge disappointment because our flight arrived at night and we were told by the host that they don’t provide a child seat while their posting clearly stated they do. I provided screenshots of the posting to the host and they said that the posting and features it lists are not their responsibility. While I was waiting for a supervisor at Turo customer service the hosts wife called me and let me know they will be picking up a car seat from target and bringing it to us which is why this is 3 stars and not 1. I appreciate the effort she made to correct this but this caused us to spend an extra hour on just the child seat (with a 17 month old) which caused me to miss a whole night of events I was there for. No concessions were made anywhere to refund us for the trouble and frustration this caused. Make sure to confirm that they actually provide all features listed before reserving.
