I originally booked a different car but unfortunately that car wasn’t available. I had already arrived at the lot and Gabe was there to help me out! He was able to help accommodate me with a different car and gave me disclaimers about the car; for example it’s a bigger vehicle and usually eats a lot more gas (6 cylinder vehicle). I was okay with the swap especially since I had been rejected at Fox car rental prior to renting on Turo ($500 fees added on so I declined Fox Rental).
No issues the entire trip! The car drove smoothly, AC works magnificently and roomy for suitcases and my party of 3 people. I would rent from Gabe and Hendi again.
The car is an older model so there’s no Bluetooth audio or AUX cord plug in available for music, but there is Sirius XM and we had fun blasting early 2000’s radio station. The car drove smoothly!!! Would recommend renting from Gabe and Hendi!
