Host is good. Pick up location was good. Easy to find. Car quality is ok. Car shake if you go 70mph, tires needs to be check, and host ask to put premium gas with prove of receipt. Overall the car was ok for 1 day rental.

The car was not very clean , I had multiple issues with the Apple CarPlay . Many cosmetic damages to the vehicle . Great car on my road trip but probably would not rent again.

The tire was a little low on air, and the interior was a bit dirty; since they would have charged me if I didn't return it clean, I had to clean the inside before handing it over.

Experience was horrible. The first red flag was the fact that the host requested only premium gas in the car and to provide the gas receipts for proof in the pickup instructions. Nowhere in the listing did it say that. Upon grabbing the keys during pickup, I was given the wrong key fob, which was to another one of their cars they rent out. Red flag number 2. After someone finally gave me the correct keys, I inspected the condition of the car and all four tires were bald. When starting the car, the low tire pressure alert was the first thing that popped up on the screen. I had my passenger check the tires while I slowly drove forward to see what could possibly be the issue. Indeed, there was a nail in the front left tire. I called the host and told him the issue. He
requested that I go and get it fixed myself, and to let him know how much the total was. I was renting this car to go on a 6 hour roadtrip the next morning. I most definitely did not have the time nor energy to do HIM this favor. I simply told him that it is unsafe to drive the car and asked for a refund. The host told me he has no idea how to do that and to contact Turo. He then tried to tell me that the car is okay to drive and it’s no big deal. I left the car with the host and did not get to use the car. I still have yet to hear back from Turo after filing a report and most likely will not hear back. Do not book with this person.
