Allen was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was coming from the Bay Area and got caught in traffic, and I also misunderstood the pickup process—I thought it was going to be an unlock-with-your-phone situation. Allen was already there waiting for me, but instead of making it stressful, he simply checked in, kept me updated, and was completely cool about the situation. He was professional, friendly, responsive, and even offered to call if I needed anything.
The handoff was smooth and easy, and I never felt rushed, pressured, or uncomfortable. Just a genuinely good experience.
And the 2017 Bentley Bentayga was 🔥. The vehicle was immaculate—clean, detailed, fresh-smelling, and absolutely no smoke smell. It drove beautifully, and everything I used worked perfectly. You could tell the vehicle was well taken care of.
I actually ended up returning the Bentley about four hours early because of my schedule, and Allen was just as cool and accommodating with the return as he was with the pickup. He even came out to meet me and was right on time.
The pickup location was convenient and easy to access, and I also like that Allen offers airport availability. He has locations in LA and Vegas as well, and he mentioned they’re bringing more vehicles up this way. I’m definitely looking forward to seeing what else they add to the fleet.
Honestly, it was worth the drive from the Bay Area. Great car, great communication, smooth transaction, and an even better host. If you’re considering renting from Allen, I’d definitely recommend giving him a shot.
