RENTERS BEWARE. We rented this vehicle for 7 days, and we experienced an issue with the car not starting 5 days.
Sorry for the inconvenience Caitlin. From the message you sent to us, it was the hybrid system that was sending a warning of being stopped. From what Toyota told us, they could not find any issues. Turo does offer roadside assistance and we may have been able to exchange the car or helped relieve any inconvenience had you informed of the severity of the issue. Hopefully next time you will not wait for the trip to end to bring complaint up.
