This was not the car I originally signed up for. The owner contacted me after 9PM the night before to ask if I'd switch because the previous renter of the other car wanted to extend. I originally declined, but then said I would switch. Big mistake!
This Mazda has trouble with Android Auto, and it caused us to have to pull over several times when the directions would suddenly freeze on screen (I have pictures and videos of this). This car was a basic model, while the other car was a 2026 and a better tech package. Lastly, the tires on this car look worn to the point that my 79-year-old mom was concerned about them holding up for our 5-day trip because of how bald the front passenger tire was.
The owner was nice enough, but when I contacted her about the connection issues, she wasn't really much help. I probably wouldn't rent from her again.
