The car is very nice, I think the Air filter needs to be changed because someone has previously smoked in the vehicle and the smell got in our clothes

Great communication, vehicle was in pristine condition and fun to drive. The owner couldn’t have been nicer going above and beyond to help me get home after my rental was complete. Would definitely rent again if the need comes!

I would not rent from this host again. The car arrived with a strong smoke smell, which was already a poor start to the trip. Afterward, the host tried to charge me for a full tank of gas that he filled himself. Turo reviewed the situation and removed the charge because it was inaccurate.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t a one-time issue. He submitted additional charges again, and once more, Turo required documentation he couldn’t provide. Those charges were also removed. Despite this, he went on to accuse me of disputing charges, which is simply not true—Turo made the determination that his claims were invalid due to lack of proof.
Overall, this experience felt very misleading and unprofessional. I strongly recommend taking detailed photos, keeping all documentation, and carefully reviewing any charges if you choose to book with this host. Based on my experience, I would advise others to document everything if booking with this host.
Hi Amanda, I spoke with Turo and an invoice was issued based on time-stamped photos and the fuel receipt. At return, you acknowledged the vehicle wasn’t refueled and asked for the invoice. The charge reflects a full tank then correct with the an almost full tank 7/8. The vehicle had no smoking from the previous guest before you or mechanical issues. You also appreciated the early drop-off. I strive to provide a smooth/ transparent experience for all guests. Have to be responsible for your fuel.
