The host was very responsive to my questions/messages during the trip. The car was not clean inside or out upon pick-up. Even though I did not have any mechanical issues with the vehicle during my trip, there were multiple past due notifications for maintenance services needed that appeared on screen throughout the trip. The only frustrating thing about the car is that non-adaptive cruise control is not user-friendly; even after searching on the internet how to set it, I never could get it to work.
There are 3 rows, but little to no storage space behind the third row, which is inconvenient if you have luggage or other items.
