Great car and host. The pick up was confusing and I believe the far should he dropped off at the airport earlier to avoid the extended waiting around for directions on the pick up.

This vehicle was dropped off 2hrs before your pickup time. We were awaiting your drivers license to be sent in order to send final instructions.
Our advice is to upload your drivers license photos further in advance(you can do this up to 24hrs before the trip starting time). If this is done you will get instructions an hour before the reservation starts.
In your case it was not done.
