When we picked up the car it had a strong smoke smell. Outside of that the car did its job.

Our vehicle is strictly smoke-free, cleaned and inspected before every trip, and air fresheners are placed in the car prior to each rental. We have not noticed a smoke odor ourselves, but we appreciate you letting us know and will complete an additional inspection to ensure the vehicle continues to meet our cleanliness standards. Easy pickup, smooth drive. Visibility isn’t the best in this car but otherwise all good.
