The vehicle was fine but not properly cleaned. The host did not proactively communicate with me about the specific location of the car. There was only a picture of where it was parked with no identifying landmarks. So I had to reach out to him. Further, after reaching out to him and being advised of the general location, I was still unsure because the app had that the car had 60 day tags; which did not match what was actually on the car. When I inquired, it took the host about 10 minutes to confirm, which left me standing out in the heat waiting because I didn’t want to approach/touch the car without knowing that I had the correct one! The truck was fit for purpose but the service could have been better.
