Car quality was immaculate and the location was perfect. However, I did feel the Host was annoyed with me when bringing the car back. He expressed he was about to go to the gym and I was suppose to call “way” before coming. He did not let me know that, he let me know to call when I was 10 minutes away and that is in our messages on this platform. He seemed as though I was inconveniencing him and made me feel like a burden. I will say on positive note that my daughter left my wallet in the Turo and he did let me come pick it up but communication could have been a little better.
I was annoyed with you. And I had every right to be, if you book a car to come back at a 9pm and arrive 4 hrs early as if I’m suppose to be waiting around 4 hrs early just Incase you show up. How is it that you don’t have common courtesy to let me know way in advance that you will be showing up 4 hrs early. You have an issue with my attitude but not an issue with you being inconsiderate. Talking about poor communication, why didn’t you communicate that you were going to be super early? I’ll wait
