Car - amazingly smooth engine, rides very comfortably with air suspension, has the latest tech, adaptive cruise makes long drives enjoyable,
Host - Roman was incredibly professional and responsive.
Overall - I would rent again if given the opportunity. Definitely recommend.

Car was fine. Hidden costs between them parking in short term at the airport hours before pickup time and them springing the need to return the car “VERY clean” on you at the end of the trip, including wash, vacuum and wipe down. Opening the app to return the car and having to do all that at the last minute is completely unacceptable for a premium rental.
I’ve turo’d 40-50 cars and have never once had a company/owner demand that you detail the car to return it or be charged **$150**. Outrageous. $20 I could *maybe* understand but this is clearly set up to take advantage of people and gouge a big fee. That’s made even clearer by the way they phrase the return instructions. The car also smelled a bit like smoke. I can’t imagine what it would be like if you actually had a serious issue. Save yourself the hassle.
First of all the car cant smell like smoke because you received a brand new vehicle 2026 audi Q8 with ONLY 100 miles on the car! Second of all it was automated message, and when you receive a car FRESH you are so pose to return the car clean, same as received! The airport fee, you get reimbursed after the trip! But no you decided to be ungrateful Karen. People like you always have stuff to complain about. Learn how to appreciate the service we provided you ok. Wish you nothing but the best.
