I had a fantastic experience renting from Richard. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, and a total pleasure to drive.
What really stood out, though, was Richard's communication. He was incredibly responsive, clear, and helpful from start to finish, making the whole check-in and check-out process completely seamless. I couldn't have asked for a smoother rental experience.
