The host was late for pickup and posted outdated photos showing the car in a designated parking spot where it was not actually located, making it difficult to find. The vehicle was dirty inside and out, and it had numerous scratches and visible damage that were not reflected in the listing.
The biggest issue occurred at drop-off. The transponder sticker did not match the vehicle's license plate, so I was unable to complete the parking process as instructed. I couldn't reach the host for assistance and had to call Turo customer service, which caused me to run late for my flight.
Overall, I paid nearly $700 for a trip that was stressful, inconvenient, and far below expectations. I would not recommend this host based on my experience.
