He never changed the tires; I hadn't even had the car for 24 hours when one of them went flat because they were so old. I tried telling him, but he never replied to my message.

Tires were not leaking or damaged by the beginning of the trip. The car gets inspected after each trip. Things happen on a way. The message you kindly sent I received together with 2-star rating after the 6 day trip. TY
