Overall good. Expecting a 100% charge at dropoff is unreasonable, given the slow charging on EV as they get over 80%. I feel 80% or less at pickup and dropoff would be more reasonable

Electric car, but charging cable is not provided, why? The whole point of having an electric car is that you charge it overnight and you don't have to waste 4 hours of every day at a super slow public charging station.
I charged the car to 100 percent at my brother's house, then drive straight to the airport... I was still charged $20 because the car was not at 100 percent charge...
I guess the owners think you have an extra 4 hours before your flight to find an airport charger and then charge to 100 percent which is terrible for the battery and takes hours.... No thank you.
I would recommend giving people the car at 70 percent charge so they can return at 70 percent, or just raise the rental price $5 to cover your electricity cost. You will have a lot less angry customers.
For the safety concerns, it is important to know if the house can support the charging cable. So, the charging cable is provided per advanced request. The car is returned with 68% which I cannot meet the expectation for the next guest.

Overall an ok experience. Car was nice but unless you have a charger where you are staying it's not practical. Charging takes 2+ hours. Host was very kind and responsive. Battery drains fast on car.
