Responsive and helpful host, this car was listed as having FSD and I paid the extra for it for a roadtrip but unfortunately was unable to use it as the product was not enabled in the vehicle at the time. Other than that great vehicle and host.

The experience was perfect. Just as last time. Adel was a most gracious host. I got car control via the Tesla app. FSD was readily available. The whole pick-up return was supremely convenient.
If I could have similar experiences in other places Turo rents, that platinum Hertz membership will quickly become meaningless.
