Car was fine, return process was not smooth. They tried to make me pay for a parking ticket from a previous renter. I pointed out the error, and no apology or acknowledgement

Customers are responsible for maintaining the gas levels to whatever they happen to be at pickup. If you drive fewer than expected the owner gets to keep the difference. I donated 210 miles worth of gas by accident.
