To start, I was happy to have this vehicle/rental company available short notice for my trip.
The reason for 3 stars: pictures shown on the car thumbnail while searching for a rental did not depict the way the car looked at pickup, which as a first time Turo user was disappointing. Hub cap missing, food/trash inside vehicle, exterior was not clean, stains on all seats, back window buttons both broken, along with a tube with weed residue under the seat. The last point was the most concerning because not only could I have been arrested if stopped depending on which state I was in during my trip, I also had young children in the vehicle.
