Car pickup was incredibly easy, directions were perfect. Host took tons of pictures beforehand, which I really liked because it protected both of us! Car ran perfect the whole time and host made it easy to drop off with very clear instructions in a message. Will be looking for this host again for future boston trips!

The car drove great but unfortunately smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke. We have our baby with us so that was really unpleasant
