Toll way pass was nice to have

The car was dropped off at 6:40pm on the dot. The nice lady who helped us from the start was very nice and patient and explained the whole process via phone. I would rent from her again when I come back to Boston

Car looks great on the outside but don’t be fooled the inside does have weird odors. I need a detailed cleaning. For the price I paid I expected clean car and this wasn’t even close to it. Look side of seats foods and trash traps that causes the funky smell. Car pick up and drop off location aren’t all in one place this should be more organized. Don’t sent me address to pick up car and then when I arrive send me to a different location to go get it . You should be aware of that .
