Good ride but no radio and the knowing noise sound bad

Pick up and drop off were very easy which was nice but unfortunately radio didn’t work and we asked for advice on how to fix it or if they knew it wasn’t working and we were told to YouTube it. Car reeked of cigarettes too which was very unpleasant.

Mazen was a LIFESAVER! When I attempted to rent a car through standard rental agencies for my trip to Boston, everything was sold out. I searched online, discovered Turo for the first time, and decided to give it a try. I am SO GLAD I did!!!
Communication was excellent, the instructions were clear, and pick-up and drop-off were smooth and super convenient. The car was in perfect condition: clean, and drove beautifully. I highly recommend Mazen. Thank you for making my trip so wonderful!!
