Tire entirely blew while on the highway when i asked for the donut he said there was one but there was not one to be found after a while he stopped responding
Tire Condition: The tire was fairly new, but obviously something happened while the guest was driving it.
Spare Tire: The vehicle was fully equipped with a spare tire, though the guest insisted she could not "see it."
Prompt Support: We responded promptly, provided the roadside assistance number, and advised her to call them for immediate professional help.
It was entirely out of our control, and we took the appropriate action to address it.

They were wonderful, per usual. I had a death in my family while I had there car and I was going to have to switch cars because the one I had wasnt available, when I explained what had happened they immediately made it available for me to extend as long as I b wanted. I appreciate these hosts more than they will ever know..thank u again!
